Soft office covers the following modules

Contact Management

Information about the customers of the Organization is maintained in this module. Information includes Organization/ Customer Name, address and other communication details like Telephone, fax numbers, email id’s, website etc. Category of the customer can also be specified. This module also maintains Organization’s Contact Persons personal information and History Details of the Customer. City Wise, State Wise, Sector Wise, Country Wise, Category Wise Reports can be extracted.

Front Office

Visitors Information, Phone Calls, Fax, Post Inward / Outward of the organization can be maintained here. Information like Material Inward/Outward, Servicing Inward / Outward can also be maintained here. Enquiries, Purchase Orders etc can be forwarded to respective Modules and repetition of work is avoided. Privileged Users can view Date Wise information.
          
Back Office

Monitors Enquiries, Quotations and Correspondence. Enquiries forwarded from the Front office are updated with item(s) description. Quotations can be generated with covering letters and terms and conditions. Enquiry wise quotations can be viewed. Letters, fax’s, mails can be generated. Inter office circular notices / letters can be mailed to employee mail-id. Date wise enquiries / quotations can be reported. Financial year wise enquiries / quotations can be viewed.

Sales Orders

Sales Orders received at Front Office can be forwarded to Sales Order module. Sales  Orders can be generated at this Module. Financial year wise Sales Orders can be viewed with total SO value. Status of S.O like Completed/On Progress/Cancelled can be specified to the purchase order.  Purchase indents can be placed to Manufacturing/Trading products. For trading items indents can be mailed to the suppliers. Case sheet for purchase order can be generated. Acknowledgements, Terms and conditions for the received purchase order can be planned. Inventory Module is linked to verify stocks Balances

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders & Indents can be placed. Date , Month , Year Wise Purchase orders/ Indents can be listed out. Customer Wise / Supplier Wise Sales order Wise PO’s can be generated. 

Customer Support

Complete Customer Support Activities & Processing of Service calls , Servicing Material Inward/  Servicing Material Outward Material Status , etc can be maintained. Customer Wise / Principle Wise Pending Items can be generated

Price Lists

Price Lists for various companies can be maintained with Series Name, Model Numbers, Item Description, Quantity, Selling Price and Cost Price. Terms and conditions can also be specified. Privileges can be granted to the users to edit the information. Reports with or with out Item Description can be generated.          

Inventory
           
Information of stores about Material Inward , Material Outward, Purchase Returns m Sales Returns , Godown Master, Stock Journal , Godown Wise Stock can be maintained. Bill of material for manufacturing items can be saved, Raw Material Details can be maintained. Various Reports can be generated

Accounts

Multiple company accounts can be maintained. Voucher entries, Balance Sheets , Profit & Loss A/Cs , Day Book, Cheque Management, Purchase Register , Sales Register ESI , PF , PT,  TDS , VAT , EXCISE, SERVICE TAX,FBT  can be maintained. Monthly / Yearly Returns are generated as per requirement.

Marketing
This module interacts with modules like Contact Management, correspondence Enquiries, Quotations and Purchase Orders . Marketing team can save their customer’s information in Contact Management. Area Wise, City Wise , State Wise Customers Reports can be easily generated

Works Monitoring

Works to be completed/done in office can be noted and can be delegated.
Works that are generated can be delegated to employees with Start Date/Time and End Date/Time. Priority of the work can also be specified. Individual Work Sheet for every employee can be maintained. Every employee can plan his/ her own work schedule. Works On Progress for today will be displayed in the next day’s work schedule of the employee. Postponed Works are allotted at postponed date. Work History can be viewed for every work. Total work hours can be calculated. Delegated Works Report and Works Report of the employee can be generated.

Administration
Primary operations required to operate the entire product are maintained here. Company Details, Departments, Sub Departments, Designations, Shifts, Leaves, Holidays, Duties of Company / Employee, Users are maintained here. Privileges to the users are specified in this module. ADMINISTRATOR has to maintain this module

Attendance Monitoring
Comprehensive Attendance Monitoring of the organization is planned in this module. Movement log of each and every the employee is also be maintained here. Various reports can be extracted
 
Payroll
Employee’s salary details can be maintained. Salary will be calculated based on the attendance of the employee. Salary Additions like Bonus, Incentives, Medical Allowance, LTA , Other Additions can be added to Monthly statement. Salary Deductions like Salary Advance , Loans , LIC Deductions, Festival Advance ,  Other Deductions of any nature can also be done. Department wise salary reports, pay slips of all the employees,   PF / ESI reports with employee and employer contribution can be generated. ESI , PF, TDS Returns can also be generated.
